Premier League transfers: All the stars linked with moves before summer window closes
In the latest summer transfer news, Manchester United are considering a shock move to bring back Memphis Depay to the club. The winger has agreed to leave Barcelona and looked set to join Juventus but United are now reportedly considering a €10m offer to add the 28-year-old to their ranks, according to Marca, giving him a second chance at Old Trafford after one season with the club in 2015-16.
Arsenal retain hope of signing Youri Tielemans after Leicester lowered their asking price to £38m due to his contract situation with the Belgian’s current deal set to end this season, according to The Sun. Chelsea meanwhile are set to let winger Callum Hudson-Odoi join Bayern Munich on loan, having been linked to the Bundesliga cub two summers ago. The Blues are still hopeful of signing Everton’s Anthony Gordon – though Everton are demanding players on loan in return – and Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Elsewhere, Cristiano Ronaldo has been offered a way out of Manchester United by Sporting Lisbon. Follow all the latest news, rumours and done deals below.

A highly provocative act – Thomas Tuchel at fault for clash with Antonio Conte
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel was “largely culpable” for his clash with Tottenham boss Antonio Conte, with his behaviour deemed “highly provocative”.

Tuchel, who was fined £35,000 and hit with a one-match touchline ban, said he continued to grip Conte’s hand as he felt the Italian had been disrespectful by not looking at him, prompting a melee involving players from both clubs.

Nice reach agreement with Arsenal over Pepe
David Ornstein of The Athletic reports that Arsenal have reached an agreement with Nice to send Nicolas Pepe on loan to the French side.
The 27-year-old has struggled to make an impact at the Emirates since he became the club’s record signing following a £72million move from Lille in the summer of 2019 and is now set to travel to France after the clubs agreed the season-long move.
The deal is a straight loan with no option to buy and there is still work to before Pepe’s temporary transfer will be completed.
Pepe has made 112 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions, scoring 27 goals.
